I was born in a tiny village in Eastern Europe’s Appalachia. During my childhood years I was raised by a strict, but loving, grandmother, the one who gave me my stern and direct yet caring streak. When I wasn’t helping her around the property, I was outside climbing cherry trees, foraging in the woods, or playing in the creek, always exploring, always curious, always a little mischievous. To this day you can still expect to find me hiking, wandering along trails, and pausing to watch the sunlight scatter through the trees just like I did back home.
I fall into music every chance I get. You can find me listening to a variety of genres, including classical, folk country, alternative, and blues, and I love sharing that thrill with someone who loves it as much as I do. Live shows and performances are my favorite way to get out of the house (after getting lost in the trees, of course). Whether it’s a tiny, intimate venue or lawn seats for a big-name artist, I am there, savoring every note, every moment, and every connection.
